My Nutritional Therapy services are aimed at helping you regain control over your health, vitality and mood, while at the same time expanding your knowledge about the food you eat. My programs are completely personalized and they range from fundamental recommendations to holistic therapies that include personal coaching. Depending on your needs I am also able to create a bespoke program, enabling us to address any specific areas related to your well being and nutrition you may want. The end goal of these Nutritional Therapy programs is to allow you to take a step back and hit the reset button, so you can start with a blank canvas and redesign your life, creating new sustainable habits and a healthy and balanced lifestyle that you love.
HOW CAN YOUR NUTRITIONAL SERVICES HELP ME?
A Nutritional Therapist can work with healthy clients who just want to improve their health and well-being, as well as with clients with health issues who wants help alleviating symptoms.
Nutritional Therapists understand that each person is completely different and that everyone has different nutritional needs and preferences. Part of the work is to assess the client’s current diet and lifestyle and provide a plan that helps them achieve their wellness objectives.

WHAT IS THE MEAL PLAN LIKE?
You will be provided with a meal plan that:
- Corrects any nutritional deficiencies you might have
- Contains all essential nutrients
- Helps minimize symptoms
- helps improve your health and well-being
- Allows you to discover new foods
- Makes you feel great inside and out
Depending on which program you choose, you may also receive additional support, such as personal coaching, fitness advice, general well-being recommendations and ongoing email support.
I have a Professional Diploma in Nutritional Therapy issued by the London Health Sciences Academy, I’m trained in Raw Vegan Cooking and I have full professional insurance. I’m based in London, but thanks to modern technology I currently treat clients both here and abroad.
IS YOUR NUTRITIONAL THERAPY ONLY FOR VEGANS?
This is a question I get asked often. The fact that I follow a plant based diet doesn’t have anything to do with the therapy I provide to my clients. In fact, most of my clients are either omnivores, or omnivores who wish to transition partially or completely to a plant based diet.
HOW DOES YOUR NUTRITIONAL THERAPY DIFFER FROM OTHERS?
I like working in a holistic way, not just focusing on what you need to eat. I want my clients to actually learn to eat again, to get used to a new amazing, healthy lifestyle that they love. I want them to feel amazing and be proud of themselves for taking this step towards a better lifestyle. I don’t believe in restrictive diets, I believe in lifelong habit changes, and I want my clients to become confident enough to maintain this lifestyle once the therapy has come to an end.
In most of my Nutritional Therapy programs my clients also get actual recipes to help them in their transition. These recipes will be custom made for you and will include all the foods that you need to eat based on your results and personal objectives. You may also receive extra recommendations for fitness, habits and personal development.
WHAT ARE THE CONSULTATIONS LIKE?
I conduct most of my consultations via Skype video-conference, but if you live in London we could also arrange for a face to face consultation.
